At NIPHA it is never only about business. The NIPHA group has a unique way of functioning. Many of our Directors have served as heads of various industry bodies like EEPC India, MCCI, Kolkata & BCC, Kolkata and on the board of banks such as EXIM Bank & IDBI Bank.
NIPHA has been actively working towards the betterment of communities around its operations. Regular health check camps, eye and cataract camps, donation of 100s of prosthetics and year round supply of potable water to the larger community around the factories are a few of the measures adopted by NIPHA to give back to the society.
Another project that the group supports is JB Shah Girls’ (Post-graduate) College. This college was founded in 1982 by the Patron of our Group (Late Shri Madan Lal Shah). It is the first women’s college in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. Set in a sprawling 10-acre campus, the group has faithfully nurtured this college with financial help through its Charitable Trust and also provided strategic support by being involved in key management decisions.
